Our 100% Temperature-controlled warehousing facilities includes cold stores with service temperatures of up to -25°C. There is a dedicated area for storage of Point-of-Sale (POS) Material.

The Warehouses are divided into 13 different areas providing:

• Independent temperature control
• Segregation of sensitive products e.g. Rice/Spices etc.

There is a provision to simultaneously load 18 trucks ensuring that our delivery vehicles spend the minimum possible time for loading at the Warehouse.

Our Warehouse is linked to the EDP system and telecommunication system for convenience, efficiency and control. For security and safety, Close-Circuit Television and Fire Fighting & Control System are in operation round the clock.

An impressive fleet of refrigerated & non-refrigerated delivery vehicles ensure prompt deliveries of merchandise in excellent condition throughout the year.

Separate Merchandising Teams each for Food Division and Beauty & Wellness Division ensure proper focus and effective merchandising.

Dedicated area for the display of the Point-Of-Sale Material and training the Merchandising Teams.

We have a separate department (Quality, Systems & Controls) to provide Quality Control assistance to the business.

QSC Team is responsible for implementation of the Good Distribution Practices and regularly conducts internal audits to ensure optimum service levels.
